the milk:rice proportions kinda matter, i use 600ml of milk for about 150ml of uncooked rice (~125g ish id say, maybe more)

then it is just so simple. on low heat, put both the rice and milk in a small pot and continuously slowly stir.

at some point throughout cooking, add the cinnamon and vanilla and keep stirring.

its gonna take a while. you know its done when the milk is reduced and the rice is creamy. turn the heat off and mix in the honey and extra cinnamon


wrap up



you can have it either hot or cold, with jam mixed in, with biscuits or gingerbread, any way is good. its very comfy and filling, and very cheap to make
