ingredients
- fries
- two onions (one yellow one purple)
- green and red bell peppers
- mushrooms
- tomatoes
- corn
- jalapenos
- minced meat
- beef stock
- canned beans
- shredded cheese
method
dice all vegetables save for the jalapenos, slice those. keep the tomatoes and some onion on the side and put the rest in a pan with some oil over medium heat. cook well
once the veggies are cooked, add the minced meat in the pan and chop it up good mixing everything up. season with some garlic powder and cook thoroughly. add the diced tomatoes and cover with stock until its just over the meat and vegetables. mix well then put a top on the pot and let simmer for about 10 mins
add in beans, mix well again and start adding spices. some recommended spices are:
- cayenne pepper flakes
- or any chilli flakes really
- buldak sauce
- gochujang
- smoked paprika
- bbq sauce
- sriracha
- tabasco/franks red hot
- etc you get the point
leave the chilli to stew and simmer for about 10-15 mins to thicken it
serve
pour some chilli on some fries, mix with the jalapenos and diced onion and add shredded cheese on top

bonus: fries prep
either buy your own or make from (washed, obviously) potatoes. slice as thin or thick you want. get a baking tray and drizzle some oil on it, spread the potatoes good and drizzle some more oil. season and bake for 30ish mins
