banana and bacon sandwich

take your banana and rip it in 3 even pieces and wrap each of them in a bacon strip.

toast them in a pan a bit and that's kinda it. pay attention to toast each side of the bacon, so roll them around a bit.

pro tip: once the bacon is almost golden, make some space in the pan and slightly toast the bread in the grease left in it.

wrap up

all you have left to do is assemble the sandwich and give it a solid squeeze.

ive seen people have it with jam or peanut butter, but i like it more like this, since i think anything extra would tip the flavor balance.
