Batorai Edge, Blazing Sword
Duel Masters, DMX-18, 1a/50

was always attracted to duel masters, probably because the cards just look amazing, but its really hard to play

no don't get me wrong, it's not a difficult and highly complex and methodical game, it's simpler magic lmao, but it's difficult because 1. they stopped publishing it outside of japan so cards are both difficult to get and to understand, and 2. that fact makes its community really small. at the lgs i have back home in ro (oops i found out there is one with proper tcg culture, au contraire to recent diary post, will update on that another time) there actually is a community for dm and a means to find them, great! easy post everyone, great job, let's pack it up now

Batorai Keep, Blazing Castle
Duel Masters, DMX-18, 1b/50

oh cool, the card is double sided right, that's neat you love to see it

wait why isn't the post endi-

Batorai Bushin, Blazing Deluxe
Duel Masters, DMX-18, 1c/50

THAT'S FUCKING RIGHT BABY THIS SHIT HAS TRIPLE SIDED CARDS. TRIPLE. THREE WHOLE SIDES TO ONE CARD CAN YOU IMAGINE. CAN YOU BELIEVE IT THREE SIDES THEY TOOK MAGIC AND THEY FLUSHED THEIR STUPID PISSBABY TWO DIMENSIONAL CARDBOARD DOWN THE DRAIN

TRIPLE ‎ ‎ SIDED ‎ ‎ ‎ CARDS

no unfortunately they're not in the shape of a prism (though kind of close), you can't shuffle prisms in a deck of cards dummy. they're just long foldable cards. it's so over the top but just so so cool, i love to see this kind of gimmicky goofery

i'm not gonna explain their whole gimmick bcos, well, i don't know anything enough about duel masters to actually comment on it, so here's a post i found with a video of how the card actually looks and a proper explanation of them

TRIPLE ‎ ‎ SIDED ‎ ‎ CARDS

p.s. i find it so funny how the guy in the video goes like "crazy amount of text" when he flips to the third side, my dearest brother you have absolutely no clue what yugioh text looks like, this is Nothing

aw ok this was pretty nice. leaving your boots at your door is a tradition we have back in romania too for saint nicholas, but we don't pack them with food, we just clean them and overnight he fills them up with oranges
